I will preface this by saying first: Cranston Darris is an absolutely singular person. I have never before and don't expect to again work with someone who is as determined, and as sharp as he is. They say nobody is 100% effective 100% of the time, but I would say Cranston challenges that euphemism. His "Always-On" brain astounds me with the number of things he can juggle at any one time, strategic initiatives, the pulse of the audience, the project at hand, and the next six that are coming up. Often, I would have difficulty trying to keep up. I learned a great many things, and without him I would not be where I am today. His intensity is only matched by his sharp wit. Seeing through even the most complex of overtures and veils into the roots of problems deftly and accurately are everyday things for him. His brutal honesty gently deliivered and ability to see from all angles are things that I have not been able to find anywhere else. Whenever I needed help with something, if he was available, he was always my go-to phone call. And still is!

Cranston's in-depth experience as an MBB and six sigma practioner are evident not only in his abiilty to achieve business results but in his abililty to pass on knowledge and understanding to those of us he has coached. I enjoyed working with Cranston immensely and have benefited greatly from the coaching and mentoring he has provided. The demonstrated abililty to achieve business results, the drive to make a difference and the abililty to bring others along, these are Cranston's strengths. He would be an asset to any company.

Cranston Darris led the International Six Sigma program from crisis to success within 12 months. His ability to train, mentor and coach both Black and Green belts to apply the methodology to projects that generate real measurable bottom line benefits is invaluable. At a time when senior management engagement with the program was close to non-existent Cranston demonstrated how well run Six Sigma projects can lead to competitive advantage and increased customer satisfaction. As a Green Belt trained by Cranston I delivered a project that met all the certification requirements of a black belt project and have since gone on to certify as a Black Belt and complete many successful projects. This has only been acheivable through following the process taught by Cranston. Any organisation wanting to launch an improvement initiative or looking to reinvigorate a failing one then I would strongly recommend consulting Cranston Darris as his vast knowledge and experience will deliver your company one success story after another!

I had the pleasure to work with Cranston for two years as a Six Sigma Black Belt in Nordic. Cranston was my mentor/Master Black Belt. When he took over from my previous Master Black Belt I noticed very early Cranston had a unique and very deep knowledge Sigma and process improvement methodology that translated to results. Cranston's knowledge was a key resource for me and the rest of team. The Six Sigma group in Pitney Bowes Europe was upgraded in several areas under his guidance, mentorship, leadership not only in development of staff and creating a culture where we could be successful, but also in terms of systems thinking and redesign and improvement, cost savings/reduction, improved customer experiences, and more completed projects and increased results from our projects.
